Before using any service from TIMUR TRAVEL, you should carefully read the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Service Execution Time Change Policy
If the client wants to change the date of use of the booked service, at least 72 hours before the implementation time, the client must go to the page of the booked service, select "My order" and click on the "Edit order" button to change the date of use service. If there are any problems, the customer can contact us directly in the "Support tickets" section of the "My order" page.
The Service Time Change policy does not apply to services provided by third parties such as Vietnam visa processing, hotel reservations, etc.

Service Exchange Policy
If the customer wants to change the paid service to another service also provided by us, at least 72 hours before the implementation time, the customer needs to send a request to us at the “Support tickets” section of the “My order” page and pay the service price difference (if any). In case the fee paid by the customer is greater than the fee of the new service, the refund policy of the difference will not apply.
The Service exchange policy does not apply to services provided by third parties such as Vietnam visa processing, hotel reservations, etc.

Service Cancellation Policy
In case the customer has completed the booking and paid the fee, but for some reason cannot use the booked service, at the latest 72 hours before the service time, the customer needs to send a notice for us by visiting the service page that the customer has ordered, selecting “My Order”, “Other settings” and clicking the “Cancel order” button.
Service Cancellation Policy does not apply to services provided by third parties such as Vietnam visa processing, hotel reservations, etc.

Money Back Guarantee
If the customer's cancellation of the service complies with the Cancellation Policy above, we guarantee a refund of the amount paid by the customer within 15 days from the date we receive the request to cancel the order by bank transfer or in cash. This return will be notified to the customer by phone or email. In the event that the return is made through a bank, the transfer fee is paid by the client and is regulated by the bank used by the client.

Note for customers
This refund policy applies only to payment for services provided by TIMUR TRAVEL. This policy does not apply to fees paid to third parties such as Vietnam visa fee, hotel booking fee, etc.
This Refund Policy is only applicable if the customer sends us an order cancellation notice no later than 72 hours before the service time. This Refund Policy does not apply when a customer voluntarily cancels a service without notifying us or notifying us less than 72 hours prior to the time the service is provided.
